Welcome to AquaZen Bathrooms. These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you (“the Customer”) and AquaZen Bathrooms (“we”, “us”, “our”) when purchasing products through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Company Details

AquaZen Bathrooms is an online retailer based in the UK. Our registered correspondence email is hello@aquazenbathrooms.co.uk.

2. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
  • Once payment has been received in full, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that your order has been accepted and is being processed.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if pricing, stock, or product information has been entered incorrectly, or if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud.

3. Prices & Payment

  • All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
  • Delivery charges are shown clearly at checkout before you complete payment.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order through Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, or BACS transfer. We do not offer credit terms.
  • All transactions are processed securely using SSL encryption and PCI-compliant systems. Your payment details are never shared or stored by us.

4. Delivery

  • Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
  • Once your order has been confirmed, you’ll receive a text message from our delivery partner with a link to choose your preferred delivery date and time slot.
  • Deliveries are kerbside only. Drivers will place your order as close to your property as reasonably possible but are unable to take items inside or upstairs. Please ensure someone is available to assist with unloading heavy goods.
  • If no one is available to receive the delivery, a redelivery charge (usually £30) may apply. For full details, see our Delivery Information page.

5. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
  • Products must be returned unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
  • Non-faulty returns are subject to a £30 handling and restocking fee per order to cover collection and processing costs.
  • If an exchange is made, the handling fee is waived and the original delivery charge will be refunded once the return is processed. The new delivery charge will still apply.
  • Faulty or damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please email hello@aquazenbathrooms.co.uk with your order number and photos where possible. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of the goods being received and inspected.

6. Product Information

  • All dimensions, descriptions, and images are provided as a guide and may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances or lighting conditions.
  • We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but colours and finishes may appear differently on screen compared to real life.
  • Guarantees vary by manufacturer and are clearly stated on each product page.

7. Title & Risk

  • Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment has been received and the items have been delivered.
  • Risk transfers to you at the point of delivery.

8. Liability

  • Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
  • We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or delays in delivery beyond our reasonable control.
  • If a product is faulty or damaged, our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of that item.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control — including but not limited to strikes, transport delays, natural disasters, or supply chain disruption.

10. Intellectual Property

All images, text, and design content on this website are the property of AquaZen Bathrooms and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

11. Privacy

We handle all personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
