Delivery Information | AquaZen Bathrooms
At AquaZen, we work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Once your order has been placed and payment confirmed, you’ll receive a text message with a link to book your preferred delivery date and time slot.
1. Delivery Overview
- Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 7 am and 6 pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
- Deliveries are kerbside only. Drivers will place your order as close to your property as reasonably possible but are unable to take items inside or upstairs.
- For heavier goods, please ensure someone is available at the property to assist with unloading.
- All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
2. Delivery Charges
- Standard Free Delivery — on orders over £499 (applies to most UK mainland and Scottish addresses).
- Remote Area Free Delivery — on orders over £999 (applies to Cornwall, Devon, Scottish Highlands & Isles).
- Standard Small Order Delivery — £30 (applies to most UK mainland and Scottish addresses).
- Remote Area Small Order Delivery — £90 (applies to Cornwall, Devon, Scottish Highlands & Isles)
We currently deliver to mainland UK and Scotland only. Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or other offshore locations at this time.
3. Delivery Communication
- All communication regarding your delivery will be sent to the mobile number provided on your order.
- You’ll receive:
- A booking link to select your delivery date and time
- A text reminder the day before delivery
- A call or text from the driver on the day of delivery
- Please make sure your contact details are correct at checkout to avoid any delays.
4. Failed Deliveries
- If no one is available when delivery is attempted, a redelivery charge (usually £30) may apply to cover the cost of re-arranging and re-sending your order.
- You’ll be contacted via the mobile number on your order to book a new delivery slot.
- Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in your order being returned to our warehouse, in which case the original delivery charge will not be refunded.
5. Checking Your Order on Delivery
- When your order arrives, please inspect all items carefully for any visible damage or missing parts before signing for delivery.
- Report any issues within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@aquazenbathrooms.co.uk (please include your order number and photographs where possible).
- We’ll then quickly arrange a replacement or resolve the issue with our delivery partner.
6. Special Orders and Large Deliveries
Some larger or made-to-order products may have longer lead times or require special handling. In these cases, our customer service team will contact you to confirm expected delivery dates and any special arrangements needed.
