How to Order | AquaZen Bathrooms
Ordering from AquaZen Bathrooms is simple, secure, and designed to give you complete peace of mind. This guide explains how to place your order, what happens next, and how your delivery is arranged.
1. Browse and Add to Basket
- Explore our full range of bathroom products using the category menus or search bar.
- Select your chosen items and click Add to Basket.
- Once you’ve finished shopping, click the cart icon to review your items before checkout.
2. Checkout and Payment
- All orders are placed directly through our secure website.
- Delivery charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your basket total and delivery location.
- Payments are made safely using Shopify Payments (major debit or credit card).
- All payments are taken immediately when you place your order.
3. Order Confirmation
- Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email from AquaZen Bathrooms with your order details.
- Our team will then prepare your order for dispatch and arrange delivery with our trusted logistics partner.
4. Delivery Booking
- After your order has been processed, you’ll receive a text message from our delivery partner with a link to book your preferred delivery date and time slot.
- Deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 7 am and 6 pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
- You’ll also receive a text reminder the day before delivery and a call or text from the driver on the day itself.
5. Delivery Day
- Please ensure someone is available at your chosen delivery address to accept and sign for the goods.
- Larger items may be delivered by a single driver, so assistance may be required for offloading heavy items.
- When your order arrives, check all products carefully for any visible damage or missing parts before signing for delivery.
- If you notice any issues, contact us within 7 days at hello@aquazenbathrooms.co.uk with your order number and photographs if possible.
6. Amending or Cancelling an Order
- If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@aquazenbathrooms.co.uk.
- Orders can usually be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours before your booked delivery date.
- Once your delivery has been scheduled and the goods are in transit, cancellations may not be possible until after delivery has taken place (see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details).
7. Payment Security
All online payments on our website are handled securely through Shopify Payments using industry-standard SSL encryption. We never store or have access to your full payment details, and all transactions are protected for your peace of mind.
